Chief Executive Officer of Wilton Re
Dmitri Ponomarev is Chief Executive Officer of Wilton Re, and was previously Co-CEO, Wilton Re. His prior positions at Wilton Re include Senior Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of New Business and Underwriting. Before joining Wilton Re in 2015, Mr. Ponomarev worked in the Financial Institutions Group of Investment Banking Division as well as Credit Risk Management and Rating Advisory at Goldman Sachs. Mr. Ponomarev holds an MBA from New York University, Leonard N. Stern School of Business, and a BBA in Marketing from Cleveland State University.
Scott Sheefel

Scott Sheefel is Chief Executive Officer of Wilton Re U.S. His prior positions at Wilton Re include Deputy CEO of Wilton Re U.S. and Senior Vice President, Co-Head of Business Development. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2005, Mr. Sheefel held roles at Swiss Re in Business Development and, most recently, as Vice President in Corporate Actuarial. Prior to Swiss Re, he worked at Lincoln Financial. Mr. Sheefel holds a B.S. in Actuarial Science from Purdue University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
Mike Greer
Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Business Development and Chairman of the Board at Texas Life
Mike Greer is Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Business Development and Chairman of the Board at Texas Life. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2005, Mr. Greer served as an Executive Vice President for Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc.’s Administrative Reinsurance Acquisitions business. Before joining Swiss Re, he was a consultant with Milliman. Mr. Greer received a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Knox College and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Raymond Eckert
Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Business Development
Ray Eckert is Senior Vice President and Co-Head of Business Development of Wilton Re. In 2010, Mr. Eckert joined the company from Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc. where he was a Managing Director in its Client Markets division. He previously held positions as Head of Financial Products Origination, Head of U.S. Life Products and Chief Financial Officer of Swiss Re America Holding Corp and the North American Life & Health division. Prior to Swiss Re, Mr. Eckert was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he specialized in the insurance industry for over 16 years. He earned his MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University.
Perry Braun
Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer Wilton Re
Perry Braun is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Wilton Re. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2005, Mr. Braun spent 17 years as an investment banker focused on the insurance industry, most recently as a Managing Director in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Securities. Prior to joining Bank of America Securities, Mr. Braun held positions at Credit Suisse First Boston, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Goldman, and Sachs & Co. Mr. Braun holds a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in History from Yale University.
Steven Lash
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Wilton Re
Steve Lash is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wilton Re. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2015, Mr. Lash spent seven years at New York Life Insurance Company in several senior financial leadership roles including the CFO of the Insurance Group, the CFO of the Retirement Income Security Group as well as having oversight of the Treasury, Actuarial, Tax and Corporate Development areas of the company. Prior to New York Life, he spent 11 years as a Principal at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Lash received a B.S. degree in Mathematics and Economics from Binghamton University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Lauren Mak

Lauren Mak is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Wilton Re U.S. Ms. Mak has over 20 years of experience in the life insurance industry. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2016, Ms. Mak spent 14 years at New York Life where she worked in various areas. She holds a B.S. degree in Actuarial Science and Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
Enrico Treglia
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Wilton Re
Enrico Treglia is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Wilton Re. Mr. Treglia joined the firm in 2004 from Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc. where he was the Senior Vice President of Information Management and Global Business Lead, as well as Program Manager for a global Swiss Re Life & Health initiative. Prior to joining Swiss Re, he was a Corporate Insurance Analyst for GE Capital and Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. Mr. Treglia holds a B.S. in Accounting from St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and Connecticut.

Brent McGroarty is Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Wilton Re U.S. Mr. McGroarty’s prior position at Wilton Re was Vice President, Operations. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2005, he held consulting roles at both Capgemini and Ernst & Young. Mr. McGroarty earned his MBA from University of Rochester and holds a B.A. from University of Michigan.

Andy Wood is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Wilton Re. Mr. Wood joined the firm in 2004 from Swiss Re Life & Health America Inc. where he was North American Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Wood held several positions with Swiss Re including Global Research and Development Manager. Prior to joining Swiss Re, he was with Mercantile & General Reinsurance in England. Mr. Wood received a B.Sc. in Computing from North Gloucestershire College of Technology, England.
Susan Paternoster
Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Wilton Re U.S.
Sue Paternoster is Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer Wilton Re U.S. Ms. Paternoster joined Wilton Re in 2016 as VP Information Technology. With an MBA from the University of Bridgeport and a BBA from Western Connecticut State University, Ms. Paternoster enjoyed an impressive technology management career supporting a variety of financial services sectors including private banking, investment management, and life insurance at companies such as New York Life and Citi Group.
William Pulsifer
Senior Vice President, Chief Pricing Officer Wilton Re U.S.
Bill Pulsifer has been with Wilton Re since 2006 and is currently Senior Vice President and Chief Pricing Officer of Wilton Re U.S. Prior to joining Wilton Re, he spent 12 years with Swiss Re Life & Health America, most recently as Vice President, Corporate Actuarial, responsible for financial modeling and economic value analysis. Mr. Pulsifer holds a B.A. in Mathematical Economics from Colgate University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and member of the American Academy of Actuaries.

Susan Moser is Senior Vice President, Business Development of Wilton Re. Her prior positions at Wilton Re include Vice President, Business Development and Lead Transaction Counsel and Associate General Counsel, Transaction Counsel. Before joining Wilton Re in 2015, Ms. Moser worked in the Financial Institutions Group and the Litigation Group at Debevoise & Plimpton. Ms. Moser holds an MBA from Columbia University Business School, a JD from NYU Law School and a BA from Cornell University.

Mr. Brogan is Chief Legal Officer of Wilton Re. Prior to joining Wilton Re in 2024, Mr. Brogan was a partner in the Insurance Practice Group at Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath. Prior to Faegre Drinker, he worked at Vanguard. Mr. Brogan holds a J.D. from Penn State Law and a B.A. from Villanova University.
Sylvia Oliveira
Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Wilton Re Bermuda
Sylvia Oliveira is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Wilton Re Bermuda, and serves as Chief Risk Officer for the Wilton Re group. Ms. Oliveria has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, including roles at John Hancock and Chubb Tempest Life Re. As a director of BILTIR (Bermuda International Life Insurers and Reinsurers), she actively advocates for the Bermuda business community and its growing life reinsurance sector. Ms. Oliveria holds a B.A. and M.A. in Mathematics from Boston University and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Doug Dixon is President and Chief Executive Officer at Texas Life Insurance Company. Mr. Dixon has been the Vice President and Chief Sales Officer since joining the company in 2014. Prior to Texas Life, Mr. Dixon was with the Dwyer Group as Vice President of Marketing and also Western & Southern Financial Group in various roles.
